The complex consists of five uniform, independent, spacious and airy maisonettes of 85 sq.m. each, fully furnished and equipped, with balconies in each space.
Each maisonette has: On the first level: kitchen area, living room with fireplace, large bathroom and storage space for your luggage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker and all necessary utensils.
On the second level: two bedrooms with comfortable closets and a large bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two singles. Our maisonettes also have: central heating, boilers for continuous hot water, solar water heaters, air conditioning in all areas, TV in all areas, soundproof windows, parking space.
In addition, the conversion of the sofa in the living room into a bed gives the possibility of hosting some friends. Each maisonette accommodates up to 6 people.

• Policies

  Cancellation policy
  - For cancellations up to 3 weeks before arrival for the period 19/07 - 22/08 there is no charge, for all other periods the possibility of cancellation without cancellations up to 2 weeks before the arrival date is valid.
  - For late cancellations or non-appearance without notice: charge 50% of the stay.

• Fees

  The price is per night (including VAT).
  For each person over 4 there is a charge of 15 euros / night.
